Exceptional Downtown Stay: Modern Comforts in a Charming Setting!
Had an amazing stay at this spacious, clean, well located apartment in the heart of downtown. The place is fully equipped with the most modern of kitchen appliances, washer dryer, dishwasher etc. All top of the line. The sofa has been changed from the photos to a leather one (or faux leather, not sure), but very clean and comfortable. Even though it's only a block to State St, which really is a big mall now as the streets in this section were blocked to traffic, it was very quiet. Walk score would be close to 100. Fast internet with cable tv, plus all the usual apps. The building itself is charming, with beautiful Spanish tiles and influences wherever you look. Highly recommend!

Quite the excellent apartment and outstanding place to stay
My stay at this rental was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly made me feel at home. The property itself exceeded all expectations; it was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect - nestled in a serene environment with breathtaking views, yet still conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hosts was evident in every aspect of my stay, from the plush bedding to the well-stocked kitchen. Communication was seamless, and any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed with care and professionalism. Overall, I cannot recommend this rental highly enough. It truly exceeded all expectations and provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable and rejuvenating getaway. I will most definitely be returning in the future!

Phenomenal Location!
This studio apartment has a great location, in walking distance to so many great restaurants, coffee shops, theaters and shops. The kitchen is great. The secure parking garage is a great convenience.

Peaceful & Beautiful
The housing management company responded to all questions quickly, warm and friendly, thank you very much for her help. The house is located in the center of Santa Barbara, California, USA. It is a Spanish-style building, and the next building is a public food market. You can taste authentic American burgers, Mexico Meals, Spanish food, Japanese SUSHI, and even hot and sour Thai dishes. It takes 25 minutes to walk to Santa Barbara Beach. There is the bus terminal MTD nearby. You can reach UCSB､COSTCO､ROSS､Macy's department store by bus. The transportation is very convenient. The whole town is clean, quiet, safe and friendly. It seems to have entered the Middle Ages in the buildings full of Spain. I feel peaceful, beautiful and romantic. The sound of the sea in Santa Barbara, the dancing of street music, and the fragrance of roses in the pink church garden are leading me to recall that I can't wait to visit this city again.

Beyond Thrilled
I am beyond thrilled with my Vacation rental in Santa Barbara. The condo is perfect for me and the location can't be beat. I have already signed on for 2022. My Chihuahua, Juliette loves it too! Samantha Ireland and her team have gone above and beyond my expectations to make sure that I have everything I need to enjoy my stay here in Santa Barbara. They really understand great customer service and I have already recommended them to several people. Do yourself a favor and look at their website or call them if you are planning on staying in Santa Barbara. They really are terrific!
