The efficiency of the well-equipped galley is ideal for preparing effortless meals; a breakfast bar, indoor dining room table, and outdoor high-top table on the terrace offer varying options at mealtime.  For added flexible accommodations, a full-length room divider can be drawn to create a separate suite with a queen-size sofa sleeper, full bathroom, closet, and of course, ocean views.  The bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed, television, spacious closet, and has an attached full bathroom. 

Looking for things to do during a stay here? With the newly built Rosewood Miramar Hotel only a hundred yards down the beach, imagine the possibilities!  Book a massage, dine al fresco at Caruso's, or mingle with locals and other visitors at sunset, then simply walk barefoot back down the beach to this home away from home.  At extreme low tides, adventurous beachcombers have even been known to walk all the way to Summerland and Carpinteria.  When ready to venture out, the upper and lower villages of Montecito, Butterfly Beach, and Summerland are all easily a five-minute drive away. 

Kayaks, surfboards, stand-up paddleboards, a propane barbecue, Apple TV, and a full-size stacking washer and dryer have been thoughtfully provided as well.
