An ocean-view guest room offers a queen-size bed and is across the hall from the third bedroom with two twin beds. There is a hall bathroom, including a bathtub with a shower. 

The spacious downstairs living room can be accessed by heading down the curving spiral staircase or coming in from the lower deck outside. Either way, the space is open and bright, and with a toaster oven, fridge, and coffee maker.

The expansive lower deck has a great sectional couch and plenty of seating. In addition, the backyard is carpeted in artificial turf, making it a great all-season place for kids to play or throw a beach towel or blanket down and enjoy a bit of sun-worshipping or star-gazing. Chaise lounges can be moved around easily to find a shady spot for an afternoon nap after a busy itinerary of exploring Santa Barbara. From this location, there are so many possibilities for adventure. Simply popping outside and taking a walk on the neighborhood streets is a joy.
