A "cabana" conjures up images of laying under a shady umbrella on plush towels while sipping on a tropical cocktail...an ideal place to relax while on vacation, right?! Our "Coastal Cabana" is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom downstairs unit in a completely renovated triplex that won't disappoint!
With an open floor plan and fresh renovated style, the living, dining, and kitchen areas become a communal hub for guests to cook, watch TV, mix up a tropical drink, and hang out effortlessly. Perch on a bar stool at the granite center island to stay close to the culinary action in the kitchen, or enjoy a quick snack before heading out to the beach with boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella in tow...all provided!
In the primary bedroom, stream a favorite movie on the flat screen tv while sinking into a comfy queen-size bed. The shower in the en-suite bathroom adds a touch of luxury with a rain shower head and a hand-held sprayer. In the second bedroom, fall into the king-size bed when the day is done, watch a bit of television, or doze off and dream about what tomorrow holds. And if the phone charger didn't make it into the suitcase, there are multi-charging cables on both bedside tables for various devices. How smart! Fine linens and plush, fluffy towels make it extra special.
A signature highlight is the large outdoor patio, where bistro lights illuminate a comfortable space to be outside to enjoy the mild Santa Barbara climate. There is a Weber propane grill, dining for eight guests, a seating area, and a bit of shade for those warmer days. With deliberate intent to maintain that indoor-outdoor mood, the patio is a true extension of the home. This patio is for the exclusive use of Coastal Cabana guests, not shared by the other units.
A short walk will put visitors front and center on West Beach and Cabrillo Boulevard. Be sure to walk to the Funk Zone for world-class wine tasting, live music, novelty eateries, and unique boutiques. The Harbor lights are soothing after sunset, try a tart margarita at Brophy's, or buy the local daily catch at Santa Barbara Seafood Company and bring it back for a heathy meal at home. There is so much, nearby.
Have a larger group? There are two more units in this triplex. As mentioned, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom upstairs unit is Coastal Breeze. Coastal Palm is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse. Each unit has its own patio or terrace to enjoy. It's a cool collective to call home for a weekend getaway, or stay as long as you like! Choose one, choose all....but always have fun!

Definitely would love to stay again next time I'm in Santa Barbara.
The property was very new, very clean and met all of our expectations. Walkable to the funk zone and all of the restaurants bars shops plus easy access to bikes as well. A lot of room and very comfortable settings. BBQ worked fantastic. Everything was brand new! Definitely would love to stay again next time I'm in Santa Barbara.
