The three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage seamlessly blends classic traditionalism with modern features and updated finishes. The home can accommodate up to six guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The inherent peacefulness will inspire guests to leave their cares at the doorstep, curl up with a good book, or enjoy quiet conversation. The fireplace, though non-functional, anchors the room and adds to the relaxed ambiance. The dining area is between the living room and the kitchen and seats up to six guests. The beautifully appointed, renovated kitchen with modern touches and plenty of counter space make this an ideal place for guests to mingle and collaborate with the chef in the group who is whipping up delicious creations! For casual snacking and informal breakfasts, there is a center island with seating for three. The laundry is behind closed doors adding convenience for long-term guests and refreshing the beach towels.
The primary bedroom features a dreamy king-size bed and garden views of the front yard. The neighboring bedroom offers two twin beds and a dresser. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a writing desk that supplies a quiet corner for studying or working from home. Two hall bathrooms were recently remodeled, one with a tub shower combination, the other with a glass, step-in shower, and both with a clean, fresh aesthetic.
After a long day of soaking up the sun or shopping and sightseeing, unwind in the hot tub in the backyard. When dining al fresco on warm Montecito nights is on the menu, the backyard boasts an outdoor garden area with dining for up to eight guests and a barbecue.
Fridays are a great day to pick up a few colorful flowers and organic produce for any weekend entertaining on the itinerary. Though a bike or a car is suggested to head up to the Upper Village, it's not out of the question to take a little longer walk there too. Make time to grab an espresso and the most delicious scones at Jeannine's, schedule a leisurely lunch at Honor Bar, or book a table under the stars at Oliver's, where the gourmet vegan fare is not to be missed!

By far been the best house we've ever rented!!
We come to SB 3-4x/year to visit my brother and his family and this has by far been the best house we’ve ever rented. It is well located, extremely clean and the responsiveness and communication from the rentals team was 10/10. The beds are comfortable. The towels were fluffy. Everything felt clean and impeccably spotless . We had groceries delivered that showed up unexpectedly before we got there and the team put them away/in refrigerator for us. The bedrooms can be closed off from the living room which was great when our young children were asleep so we could hang out in the living room and watch TV without disturbing them. Since it’s a single story home, we didn’t have to worry about scary stairs or other baby hazards with our young infant. And because of the house is down a drive way we felt comfortable parking our stroller outside the back door without fear of it getting stolen. 10/10 rental, and will hopefully plan on staying here every time in the future we come to visit!!
