The location could not be more convenient for taking full advantage of iconic East Beach's coastal playground and the beauty that defines Santa Barbara as a world-class destination.
This cozy cottage will accommodate up to six people with queen-size beds in two bedrooms and a third room with two twin beds, each dressed in fresh coastal colors. A hall bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and dual sinks. The living room, with television, features seating in a sunny window for curling up with the latest Santa Barbara or 805 magazines to see where to go next. Or sit down to a great meal at the dining table with patio views adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen.
The enclosed garden patio provides dining and space for outdoor grilling and conversation. There is a detached laundry room (shared with the front unit) with a bathroom. This unit also includes off-street parking for up to two cars. As is typical with many Santa Barbara homes, this property does not have AC. Open windows and the use of fans allow ocean breezes in to keep the house cool during hot summer months.
Take a bike ride or brisk stroll along the waterfront to the Santa Barbara Zoo, the East Beach volleyball courts, Stearns Wharf, and the Andree Clark Bird Refuge. Stop in Tri-County Produce Co., a locally owned, open-air market with an organic bounty, gourmet treats, and an incredible local wine collection. Seriously, there is no better place to call home while visiting Santa Barbara! Montecito is also just a five minute drive away.

We stayed here for almost two months with our three kids and had a great time. The location is amazing, right next to the beach, a great grocery and lots of restaurants. The house was very well equipped with lots of storage and closet space, as well as all the kitchen and cleaning amenities you might need. Highly recommend!

Clean Comfortable Quiet
We are a mature couple, former Santa Barbara residents, who spent the winter in this unit. We found it to be clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved that the beach was only 1/2 block away!

Loved this place!!!
We truly loved this place. The location was so close to the beach that we took long walks every night after dinner. Tri-County Produce is an incredible grocery store, and the place was clean and spacious. The only detail that wasn't perfect was that the 1/2 bathroom is in the garage, and shared with another unit, only available every second day. Overall, we would gladly stay again.
