Best location in town and just steps from East Beach!  Located 1/2 block from the Pacific Ocean, this 3 bedroom, 1 bath duplex (back unit) is perfect for a small family or couple on an extended stay.  East Beach Bungalow is a short and easy walk or lovely bike ride along the waterfront to the Santa Barbara Zoo, the East Beach volleyball courts, Stearns Wharf, and the Andree Clark Bird Refuge.  

Once you arrive you can travel around town on foot, bike, or take the Santa Barbara electric shuttle (only 50 cents to ride). The shuttle will take you to Stearns Wharf, Santa Barbara Harbor, and up and down State Street with all its fine restaurants and shopping!   If you don't want to cook there are several restaurants within walking distance and the Funk Zone is just over a mile away.

This simple, cozy cottage can accommodate up to six people. The outdoor patio/garden provides space for outdoor grilling in the sun!  The back unit also includes off street parking (up to two cars) and a shared laundry facility which provides another half bathroom/powder room.

Clean Comfortable Quiet
We are a mature couple, former Santa Barbara residents, who spent the winter in this unit. We found it to be clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved that the beach was only 1/2 block away!

Loved this place!!!
We truly loved this place. The location was so close to the beach that we took long walks every night after dinner. Tri-County Produce is an incredible grocery store, and the place was clean and spacious. The only detail that wasn't perfect was that the 1/2 bathroom is in the garage, and shared with another unit, only available every second day. Overall, we would gladly stay again.
