Elings Park hiking, biking, dog walking trails, and a gorgeous outdoor wedding venue are nearby, making this a convenient choice for family and friends to stay. It is also a quick, easy drive to downtown and coastal beaches when the plan turns to outdoor fun and adventure.
Immediately upon entering, captivating views become the focal point for shared living spaces. Step down into a spacious living room, with volume ceilings and corner windows framing the coastal landscape, the majestic Santa Ynez Mountain range, and the city's historic landmarks below. The dual-sided fireplace separates the living room from the dining area, where the circular dining table creates conversation in the round beside corner view windows. The kitchen is a hub for any meal or snack time. Roast a turkey for a holiday meal, whip up a batch of cookies for an afternoon treat, or bake a birthday cake for that special someone. Excellent stay!
What an amazing property for our anniversary getaway! Completely peaceful and private, while still having quick access to necessary shops and amenities and the beach.
We loved having coffee on the patio in the morning, as well as sitting in the hot tub on mornings and evenings is such a treat. Beautiful landscaping outside and nice touches everywhere inside. Nicely stocked kitchen for cooking up all the treats we found at the farmers market.
Overall, a superb home in a beautiful setting. Will stay here every time we come to Santa Barbara. Highly recommended!
