1-expansive 2 bedroom unit with over 725sq, private entrance and large ocean facing deck. All decks have modern, luxury lounge furniture and accessories.
Each unit is a curated collection of vintage inspired design. Clean lines and simplicity are the theme with a beautiful white on white walls, trim, painted wood floors and crisp solar shade window treatments.
Large, protective awnings over all south facing Windows to increase comfort by reducing heat and UV allowing for the sweet ocean breezes.
European style kitchens featuring full size, built in stainless refrigerators and dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, and cookware, dimmable warm LED lighting, full compliment of cooking utensils, premium flatware and tableware.
All Bathrooms have tile floors and tile tub/shower enclosures with flow efficient rain heads and glass partitions for open enjoyment. Upper unit features a freestanding soaking tub with amazing views of the ocean and the islands.
There is a massive communal front lawn with ocean view Adirondack chairs perfect for the cocktail hour.

Had a Great Time!
We had a great time staying at the Lazy Hummingbird during our visit to Summerland. All three units were incredibly clean and provided just the right amount of privacy (perfect for 3 vacationing couples or an entire family that loves their own space in the evening). The ocean views were beautiful. I would still definitely recommend this location to groups or families looking to visit the area!

A Santa Barbara Thanksgiving
Spent the week of Thanksgiving with my family of 6 (and visited Grandparents nearby) Great location! The layout worked well for us as several of the adults were working remotely early in the week and we were all able to find somewhere to do this. Kitchen appliances and cookware are better than adequate, as we were able to make an entire Thanksgiving meal here - Gorgeous views too!

We couldn't recommend The Lazy Hummingbird more! Beautiful home, beautiful decor and amenities, beautiful view and with plenty of space for all to enjoy each others company while also being perfectly designed for enjoying some down time too. We'll definitely be back soon !

We Had a Great Time and Loved The Place!
This is a great spot! It's basically a large home that has been divided into 3 separate condos. Each one has its own kitchen and entrance. It's easy to go between the three spots, but it also allows you to have your own space as well!! The view of the beach is lovely and can be seen from all three of the condos. The décor is great. The space is comfortable and calming. We had a great time and would stay here again!

Perfect Location to Walk to the Beach!
