Both the bathroom and bedroom also feature French doors that swing out for easy access to the lower patio area behind the home. Each of the other two bedrooms feature queen sized beds and sizable closet space. A hallway bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/ tub combo complete the interior lower level. As is typical with many Santa Barbara homes, this property does not have AC. Open windows and the use of fans allow ocean breezes in to keep the house cool during hot summer months.

Outside, there is a spacious paved patio deck and open accessibility to the private 14 acre meadow and nature preserve, shared only with the 12 homes within the gated community.
