Nestled in the desirable Mesa neighborhood of Santa Barbara, this beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a rare blend of privacy, comfort, and artistic character. Tucked away on a quiet street, the property feels like a peaceful sanctuary, surrounded by lush greenery and ocean breezes.
Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully curated interior filled with authentic mid-century furnishings and unique, one-of-a-kind art pieces. Every detail has been lovingly considered—from the sculptural lighting to the handpicked textiles—creating an inviting atmosphere that’s both stylish and serene. Spacious living areas flow seamlessly into each other, while large windows bring in ample natural light and views of the surrounding landscape.
The kitchen is spacious and perfectly outfitted for the family chef. The large island can accommodate 4 seated at the bar for a casual snack, or enjoy a scrumptious meal around the stately dining table fit for 8! There is a BBQ right off the kitchen outside for easy access when the mood calls for a grilled feast.
There are two bedrooms on the main level of the home. One features a queen sized bed and plenty of storage space and a TV, and a comfortable chair to curl up in and read your favorite book. The other bedroom on the main level features a futon that can be converted into additional sleeping space, as well as a desk for at-home work. There is a hallway bathroom for the outfitted with a tub and shower combo, as well as a laundry room with plenty of space for folding and storage!
Behind a door in the hallway is a staircase leading up to the primary suite. Up here, you will find two balconies, a comfortable king-size bed, TV, and seating area that looks out above the living room. This unique set-up offers privacy while still allowing as much light into the home as possible. The primary suite also features a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combo, designed with modern simplicity and function in mind.
Outside, serenity abounds in the midst of a diverse array of plants and seating options. On the back patio there is a comfortable seating area, a perfect setting for morning coffee or relaxed evenings under the stars. When dining al-fresco is on the menu, you can enjoy the outdoor dining set for 4 on the front patio near the kitchen.
