The bar stools at the pass-through window to the kitchen allow guests to keep an eye on the chef or a provide a perfect place to perch for a quick coffee before heading out for the day!

The primary suite, with foothill views, is outfitted with a queen-size bed and ample storage behind mirrored closet doors. In the attached bath, linger in the luxury of the walk-in shower. The second suite with a private terrace offers the best views and a perfect perch to watch matches when in season. The room is thoughtfully designed with the versatility of a twin-trundle day bed and a built-in desk providing the student or professional with a place for work or study. With another walk-in shower, the attached bath also opens to the hall, where the laundry is tucked in the closet for convenience. 

The polo grounds are located between two charming coastal towns. Nearby Carpinteria is an eclectic surf town and home to what has become known as "The World's Safest Beach", with its wide sandy stretches and friendly surf. The farmer's market on the main street through town, Linden Avenue, is a feast for the eye and appetite. Be sure to pop into locally-owned surf shops, brewing houses, and upscale restaurants to truly experience the charm of this coastal haven. Summerland is also nearby, rich with design-inspired shopping, casual dining, wine-tasting options, and great hills for an exhilarating walk. A must-see is Godmother's, a bookstore and gathering spot not to be missed. Remember to keep Montecito and Santa Barbara on the day-trip list. There is so much to see and do on the Central Coast.
