At the heart of the home is the great room where amplified ceilings, clean lines, textures and vibrant tones meet the sunshine. Sliding glass doors dissolve the boundary between indoors and out, framing views of the terrace and pool. There are two separate living spaces in which to relax and connect, one more formal area, the other with a television, and each offering the invitation to get cozy and comfortable. Some part of every day will involve hanging outside by the pool, simply slide open the glass doors to bring the outside, in. Whether lounging in the sun, soaking in the hot tub, or dining under stately palm trees that cast shade upon the poolside scene, the terrace delivers a signature California vibe.
With three distinct bedroom suites, the home is thoughtfully designed for privacy and autonomy. The primary suite, set in its own private wing, features a king-size bed, two walk-in closets, and en suite bath with a walk-in shower. If a bit of work is on the weekend plan, the desk beside the suite is a comfortable space to work while also keeping one eye on the pool activity just outside. Two additional suites, located just off the living room each feel comfortable and private, one offering a king-size bed (that can also be converted to two twin beds), the other with a queen.
The remodeled, well-equipped kitchen is anchored by a wall of slate tile behind a four-burner range, echoing the slate floors throughout. Culinary enthusiasts can stock up on plenty of groceries at nearby Lazy Acres Market as there is a large pantry next to the dining room ready to store all the gourmet goodies and snacks! The breakfast bar is a great perch to relax with a cup of locally roasted coffee from nearby Lighthouse Coffee, or keeping an eye on meal prep. The adjacent dining room dazzles with a whimsical "glass wave" chandelier—catching the light and casting a playful, ambient glow. Like a mini-resort, it's all here. And when it comes time to venture out, this Mesa location is alive with walking paths, coastal vistas, and a stretch of beach that goes on for three miles. Very Much Enjoyed Our Stay!
Our family very much enjoyed our stay here. Great to have three nice bedrooms each with their own bathroom, as well as great roomy high ceiling common areas. With winter storms, we didn't get to enjoy the backyard , pool and hot tub, but perhaps on a future stay.

Beautiful place to stay and our kids loved the hot tub! Appreciated that it's walking distance to two playgrounds and a quick easy drive to Ledbetter beach.

Great place, highly recommend! My family from the uk stayed for 10 days, We found this house, it was everything and more! It's close to everything, in the middle of beautiful Santa Barbara. My family is hoping to come back and stay again! Communication, was great. Clean, beautiful. You will love your stay.

Fantastic to Stay!
Overall the house was fantastic to stay and and we had a great stay. The location is great to go for a nice walk to downtown and close by to a grocery store. I would happily stay here again. The beds and all furniture in the house was great and comfortable. Backyard was great to relax.

Private Oasis!
This house was exactly as pictured: stylish, spacious and comfortable. The beds and linens were beyond comfortable and all the seating in the house allowed for us to relax and enjoy the space. The backyard is a private oasis! Located close to the walking trail and restaurants, we were pleased with the amenities.

Beautiful home with plenty of space indoors and out. The layout allows for privacy or gathering. Dining and enjoying the locally roasted coffee by the pool was a treat. The house and yard are peaceful and quiet even though the property is located on a busy street and it's a quick and easy drive into Santa Barbara itself. The area is walkable with grocery stores and cafes a quick drive or a walk away. The hiccups we had were resolved by the hosts who were friendly, professional and accommodating. It was so hard to leave.

Really Enjoyed Being There
This home was perfect for a getaway with my husband, elderly mom, and her friend. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! We loved opening the doors to let the outdoors in. We ate our meals outside and really enjoyed being there. The pictures don't show just how nice it is.

Wonderful Last-Minute Find with Great Outdoor Space and Excellent Hosting
We planned a last minute trip to SBA and found this home. Great location, outdoor space (pool/patio) and in a quiet area close to the water and the beach. VROSB was a terrific host and property manager - highly proactive, responsive and just as you would want them to be.
