At the heart of the home is the great room where amplified ceilings, clean lines, textures and vibrant tones meet the sunshine. Sliding glass doors dissolve the boundary between indoors and out, framing views of the terrace and pool. There are two separate living spaces in which to relax and connect, one more formal area, the other with a television, and each offering the invitation to get cozy and comfortable. Some part of every day will involve hanging outside by the pool, simply slide open the glass doors to bring the outside, in. Whether lounging in the sun, soaking in the hot tub, or dining under stately palm trees that cast shade upon the poolside scene, the terrace delivers a signature California vibe.
With three distinct bedroom suites, the home is thoughtfully designed for privacy and autonomy. The primary suite, set in its own private wing, features a king-size bed, an en suite bath with a walk-in shower, and a spacious built-out closet. If a bit of work is on the weekend plan, the desk beside the suite is a comfortable space to work while also keeping one eye on the pool activity just outside. Two additional suites, located just off the living room each feel comfortable and private, one offering a king-size bed, the other with a queen.
The remodeled kitchen is anchored by a wall of slate tile behind a four-burner range, echoing the slate floors throughout. The breakfast bar is a great perch to relax with a cup of locally roasted coffee from nearby Lighthouse Coffee, or keeping an eye on meal prep. The adjacent dining room dazzles with a whimsical glass-ball chandelier—catching the light and casting a playful, ambient glow. Like a mini-resort, it's all here. And when it comes time to venture out, this Mesa location is alive with walking paths, coastal vistas, and a stretch of beach that goes on for three miles. Peaceful, Spacious, and Perfectly Located – A Santa Barbara Gem!
Beautiful home with plenty of space indoors and out. The layout allows for privacy or gathering. Dining and enjoying the locally roasted coffee by the pool was a treat. The house and yard are peaceful and quiet even though the property is located on a busy street and it's a quick and easy drive into Santa Barbara itself. The area is walkable with grocery stores and cafes a quick drive or a walk away. The hiccups we had weee resolved by the hosts who were friendly, professional and accommodating. It was so hard to leave.

Really Enjoyed Being There
This home was perfect for a getaway with my husband, elderly mom, and her friend. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! We loved opening the doors to let the outdoors in. We ate our meals outside and really enjoyed being there. The pictures don't show just how nice it is.

Wonderful Last-Minute Find with Great Outdoor Space and Excellent Hosting
We planned a last minute trip to SBA and found this home. Great location, outdoor space (pool/patio) and in a quiet area close to the water and the beach. VROSB was a terrific host and property manager - highly proactive, responsive and just as you would want them to be.
