In split-level design, several steps lead down to the sunken primary bathroom. A dramatic, stunning copper bathtub takes center stage; a glass, walk-in shower and a dramatic trough-style sink in a custom vanity complete this luxurious bathroom. 

Proximity to numerous Santa Barbara attractions makes this property ideal for those seeking to venture out and explore. Walk or bike to Cliff Drive on the Mesa, where numerous locally-owned restaurants with international twists offer everything from vegan fare, locally brewed ale, pizza, tapas... and burgers and fries! It is all there! Shoreline Park, Wilcox Preserve, Cabrillo Boulevard beaches, The Harbor, and Stearn's Wharf all offer superb outdoor fun nearby, or head downtown for shopping, fine dining, and after-hours hot spots!
