The living room, overlooking the front garden, features a cozy fireplace, and the adjacent dining room enjoys its warm glow each evening. The well-appointed kitchen is central to the main floor living spaces, effortlessly connecting the dining and family rooms. The family room, with a fireplace, extends the indoor-outdoor experience through French doors opening to the patio and pool terrace.
Two bedrooms on the main level offer a serene retreat: both with queen beds. The hall bathroom has a nice walk-in glass shower. The primary suite occupies the entire second floor, featuring a king-size bed, a sunny office with an expansive corner desk, and a private terrace overlooking the patio and pool below. The en suite bathroom's soaking tub invites relaxation day or night, while the spacious walk-in closet provides ample storage for long-term guests or fashion aficionados. As is typical with many Santa Barbara homes, this property does not have AC throughout the whole home, upstairs only there is a single split unit in the primary suite. Open windows and the use of fans allow ocean breezes in to keep the downstairs cool during hot summer months.
Location is key to a perfect vacation stay. This home strikes an ideal balance between living like a local on a scenic street and being just minutes from the vibrant downtown promenade, with its excellent restaurants, weekly farmers market, and unique local boutiques.
