Beautiful 2BR, 2BA retreat with private gated entrance and garden, reminiscent of Provence, is located in the heart of Montecito‘s Upper Village, home to the “rich and famous” and just 2-3 minutes walking to many favorite haunts – fine shops, restaurants, and antique/ art galleries. Meticulously updated, this Cape Cod style condo offers a recently added 2nd bath, with hand-made tile, full size tub and marble limestone floor, separate walk in closet and central air, for those warm summer days, plus fully renovated existing bath. It’s less than 2 miles from the nearest beach.
Peace and tranquility reign from the Mediterranean garden with its fountain, sounds of nature and hummingbirds. This bright and sunny home also offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space for dining and relaxing. The downstairs living room opens onto the private patio and herb garden with panoramic views of Montecito Mountains. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials for enjoying meals at home. Dine indoors or alfresco in the garden for a true Santa Barbara living experience.

Outstanding condo in paradise
Beautiful, clean, comfortably furnished condo on a quiet cul-de-sac in Montecito with privacy in both patios. Well equipped kitchen, superb radio and WiFi. New dishwasher and in attached garage, clothes washer and dryer. Easy walking (1-2 blocks) to excellent restaurants, shops and the public library. We will return every winter as long as we can!
