Catch some zzz’s on the comfortable king-sized bed in the Master bedroom, and wake up to ocean views! The second bedroom boasts a queen bed and garden views, and the third bedroom has is a twin daybed with a trundle pull-out. The backyard is a calming oasis; fall asleep in the hammock, under the shady protection of mature oak trees, after enjoying a meal al fresco on at the outdoor dining table.
This retreat is nestled along an established road leading into the Riviera, and is conveniently located so that you are still within minutes of downtown, the beach, and the Mission. Villa Talavera was a great property for our extended stay in Santa Barbara. The property was the perfect size for us as a couple who both work from home. We had plenty of room, but extra space for guests to come visit as well. The home was clean and well-stocked, with gorgeous landscaping and outdoor areas. Plus, the location was perfect – just 20 mins walk from State Street.
Great home with nice views and a great location just outside downtown. Would come back here for sure! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
