We are experienced. We have been providing all-inclusive property management since 2006, and are the longest established locally-owned vacation rental company in the Santa Barbara area. With our company owner and some team members being seasoned real estate agents as well, we are able to operate with a holistic approach to the industry and market. Home protection – we offer guests a damage protection policy that reimburses home owner for up to $3,000 in repairs per reservation. This is an addition to a security deposit
Carefully screen prospective guests and book reservations
Inspect property before the guest arrives and again after the guest departs
Arrange cleaning between guest stays, and extra mid-stay cleanings for long-term guests
Perform routine maintenance checks on property
Provide guest with 24/7 property emergency contact, respond to all calls, and arrange for any necessary maintenance

As a property owner, I can attest that Vacations Rentals of Santa Barbara does an excellent job managing properties. It is very labor intensive to manage short term rentals and VROSB is meticulous about making sure the properties are perfect for our clients. They perform TWO inspections before each new client stays, one after the last person moves out, then the maid comes in, then a second inspection is performed to ensure everything is absolutely perfect!
