On the entry level, the open-plan living room and kitchen are the heart of this comfortable home. Guests will love cooking together in a well-equipped kitchen and dining at the granite peninsula (stools for six). The living room, designed for maximum comfort, is perfect for a cozy night, streaming hit shows on the flat-screen TV, or relaxing before dinner. The sofa features a pull-out couch, ensuring everyone has a comfortable resting place. 

There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the ground floor. One boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, seating area, and a desk, ideal for those who need a quiet place to write. The second features a queen-sized bed, a cozy reading corner, and a large walk-in closet. The main hall bathroom was recently remodeled with a spacious marble countertop vanity and walk-in shower. 

The expansive second-floor primary suite with a king-sized bed is a luxurious sanctuary filled with natural light. Access to the suite is up an open spiral staircase; please note this if small children or guests have mobility issues. The bedroom seating area with a comfy chaise and a couple of chairs in front of a flat-screen TV makes it inviting to indulge in a movie night. If it's a working vacation, there is also a desk here. The bathroom on this level features a glass walk-in shower and is at the top of the stairs. French doors off the bedroom open to a tiled terrace with a nice seating area, a dining table, a barbecue, mountain views, and a bird's eye view of the neighborhood activity below. The added convenience of an external staircase down to street level makes it easy for guests to pop upstairs for a meal on the terrace and enjoy the 4th of July fireworks in the summer! 

Coastal Palm is a fantastic starting point with a fresh perspective. Its iconic place on the map revolves around sunny days on the beach, biking, paddling, sailing, or relaxing. The Funk Zone, State Street Promenade, the MOXI, Shoreline Park, and the weekly Arts & Craft Show are all within reasonable walking distance. Even a local favorite, Santa Cruz Market, is nearby, boasting some of the best homemade salsa in town and just around the corner. In the heart of the West Beach hotel zone, the streets are alive with coastal visitors, so some typical street and small-business type noise could be expected, though overall, the location is excellent for a seaside getaway in the heart of West Beach. There is parking for one car in the driveway, and beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards have been thoughtfully provided.
