This convenient location ensures easy access to coastal bliss without any stress or hassle, making your stay a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
On the entry level, the open-plan living room and kitchen are the heart of this comfortable home. Guests will love cooking together in a well-equipped kitchen and dining at the granite peninsula (stools for six). Please note that the home does not have a dishwasher. The living room, designed for maximum comfort, is perfect for a cozy night, streaming hit shows on the flat-screen TV, or relaxing before dinner. The sofa features a pull-out couch, ensuring everyone has a comfortable resting place.
There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the ground floor. One boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, seating area, and a desk, ideal for those who need a quiet place to write. The second features a queen-sized bed, a cozy reading corner, and a large walk-in closet. The main hall bathroom was recently remodeled with a spacious marble countertop vanity and walk-in shower.
The expansive second-floor primary suite with a king-sized bed is a luxurious sanctuary filled with natural light. Access to the suite is up an open spiral staircase; please note this if small children or guests have mobility issues. The bedroom seating area with a comfy chaise and a couple of chairs in front of a flat-screen TV makes it inviting to indulge in a movie night. If it's a working vacation, there is also a desk here. The bathroom on this level features a glass walk-in shower and is at the top of the stairs. French doors off the bedroom open to a tiled terrace with a nice seating area, a dining table, a barbecue, mountain views, and a bird's eye view of the neighborhood activity below. The added convenience of an external staircase down to street level makes it easy for guests to pop upstairs for a meal on the terrace and enjoy the 4th of July fireworks in the summer! As is typical with many Santa Barbara homes, this property does not have AC. Open windows and the use of fans allow ocean breezes in to keep the house cool during hot summer months.
Coastal Palm is a fantastic starting point with a fresh perspective. Its iconic place on the map revolves around sunny days on the beach, biking, paddling, sailing, or relaxing. The Funk Zone, State Street Promenade, the MOXI, Shoreline Park, and the weekly Arts & Craft Show are all within reasonable walking distance. Even a local favorite, Santa Cruz Market, is nearby, boasting some of the best homemade salsa in town and just around the corner. In the heart of the West Beach hotel zone, the streets are alive with coastal visitors, so some typical street and small-business type noise could be expected, though overall, the location is excellent for a seaside getaway in the heart of West Beach. There is parking for one car in the driveway, and beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards have been thoughtfully provided.

Great property with an excellent location near the beach, restaurants and downtown. We stayed during a warm period and would have liked air conditioning in the upstairs master bedroom, but otherwise a wonderful stay.

Large comfortable unit with a wonderful 2nd floor deck to hang out in and have meals. Location is perfect – 10 minute walk to the beach, and close to restaurants and shopping.
We were very pleased with this lovely property. An easy, pleasant neighborhood stroll to State Street and the Funk Zone, as well as the beach. A nice supply of beach equipment and towels were provided. The property is spacious and comfortable – had 2 king beds, a good grill, nice deck/patio. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Santa Barbara.
5 Ladies enjoyed a 4-day amazing visit to Santa Barbara staying at Costal Palm at West Beach. Clean, and spacious with walkable distance to State Street, Harbor and Wartf. We enjoyed great 2 days up in Central Coast wine county which is a beautiful mountain drive. When we had questions, they were answered timely. Totally recommend!
Second time at Coastal Palm and it was as beautiful as the first time. New refrigerator a nice addition. The location ideal for ocean walks and to enjoy the FunkZone.

The condo was clean and comfortable with a great location. Parking was conveniently on the property. We were able to walk to the pier and many restaurants. My only comment is the spiral staircase to get to the master suite was a little hard to navigate. But the suite itself was very nice. There also isn't a dishwasher but for us it wasn't big issue. The communication from the host was great.
The host was super responsive, and the location was top notch. We would definitely book this place again for a small group.
This place is in an excellent location. We did not need a car at all We walked to stores bars and restaurants. We also walked to the beach. The unit was so nice and well kept. It seems they thought of everything you might need for your stay. I would highly recommend!
