Freshly updated, the home is equipped for comfort and ease of getting around; The Santa Barbara Zoo, East Beach volleyball courts, East Beach Batting Cages, and the historic Cabrillo Bath House are all minutes away. Sundays are ideal for strolling through the Art Walk all along Cabrillo Boulevard.
Sitting in the bright and sunny living room on two new couches allows for conversation, TV watching, or a well-deserved nap! Beneath a picture window framing ocean and park views is a generous-sized window seat and dining table, making this a great place to pull out a city map and plan the day's excursions. The kitchen features new appliances and amenities that make preparing meals, picnics, and snacks effortless. When it comes to grocery shopping, Tri-County Produce Co. is a point of destination for fresh organic produce and gourmet ingredients, so plan to pop over and stock up upon arrival. Not into cooking? As is typical with many Santa Barbara oceanside homes, this unit does not have air conditioning, though fans are provided for warmer days. Because of the neighborhood park and proximity to the street, some noise is to be expected; only street parking is available for this unit.

Everything met our expectations!
A cosy home with great sea view right by the beach. Home is well equipped, especially the kitchen.
Just as described, great location, extremely clean, had everything we needed. We had a small issue with the front door key but this was resolved very quickly. Lots of things to use on the the beach if needed in the garage, I thought I read that they had bikes to borrow which unfortunately they didn't this would be the only improvement if these were available, otherwise lovely place to stay.

This is a wonderful 2BR rental. Totally refinished and nicely decorated. Fully equipped. Santa Barbara vacation rental was great to work with.
