The primary suite with king-size bed has a walk-in closet and direct access to a lush, fully enclosed tropical patio with dining and lounge seating under a canopy of colorful bougainvillea. Real petit-banana trees add shade and , when in season, supply tasty treats for making the best banana bread! The en-suite bathroom features a large soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a beach day. The second suite opens to the front patio, offering a queen-size bed and a en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Front loading washer and dryer is conveniently located on this bedroom level.
Upstairs, dramatic vaulted ceilings and an abundance of windows create an airy great room filled with natural light. The living and dining areas flow into a beautifully remodeled Scandinavian-inspired kitchen featuring modern coastal finishes, a convection oven/microwave combo, great countertop appliances, and everything needed for easy meal-making. The unit was very bright and clean with lovely outdoor landscaping. It is in a quiet location and we were able to walk to so many places (the harbor, State Street, Funk Zone). Communicating was a breeze and instructions were clear. We would definitely stay here again.
We were in town for a graduation and it was the perfect option. Very peaceful, clean, and quiet. Vacation Rentals was extremely easy to communicate with and were very on top of getting us all the information we needed for our stay!

Cool place centrally located very spacious upstairs living area with well appropriated kitchen. Everything you need. The beds were extremely comfortable and we loved the bedding!
We live in Las Vegas and this was the first time we visited Santa Barbara and we're very pleased overall with the experience. The host is very professional and they own multiple properties to host. I definitely look forward to working with the host in the future because of how professional, responsive, and easy the instructions were to follow. I would recommend without question working with the host. Also, I would contact the host to see what other properties they have in Santa Barbara as the funk zone is a nice area, but it's got some homeless going on there, but there are some really beautiful parts of Santa Barbara and the host did everything in their power to make it a great stay and the property was as described and a great place to stay.
